Links with schools and our community

We are fortunate to be involved in a couple of cluster of schools that offer us the opportunity to work closely with neighbouring schools to share good practice, cost of professional development and also enrichment for our children. We are actively involved and share our good practice, in particularly in the area of RE leadership, Early Years, Special Educational needs and school moderation.

We are part of the Tarleton cluster of schools ( TARDIS) and Croston cluster and we would love to share some of the events and school support that we have been part of.

We are also developing links with a school for girls in San Francisco to support our understanding of the world and cultures.

We have had links with Initiate Theatre who come in each year to perform and then regularly throughout the year to work with all our classes on developing oracy and performance. We feel lucky to have them as a partner.

We have collabariation with Pet Food Partners, a local business who supports our pastoral team and aoffer and also supports our career and financial education.

The WI come into school to work with our children thirough enrichment weeks in art, sewing and food preparation and technology.

We work closely with the art and design department at Bishop Rawstorne wher our children have been invited to attend and take part in art lessons.

We work alongside Hutton Grammar for computing and CPD in technology and 4d printing.
