A day on the farm

Wow! What a wonderful day we have had. Our trip to the farm was amazing and we learnt so much. We learnt about the dairy far, grass, silage, slurry and met the cows, calves and even Richard the bull. Farmer Elaine and Farmer Paul showed us around. We got to practise milking, we watched the milking robot, we met Bob, the silage sweeper, we stroked the calves and spent the afternoon in the woodland, using our imaginations and finding minibeast.
