DT Scone Testing

This afternoon we discussed the process of making scones and how important it is to have consistent taste, appearance and texture.
We talked about different kinds of scone flavours and then we taste tested plain, cheese and fruit scones whilst carefully considering their smell, appearance and taste.
Tomorrrow we will begin making our own scones with our chosen ingredients and evaluating the results.
