Road safety

Date: 18th Oct 2019 @ 11:54am

As half term approaches and the light is fading earlier, we discussed how to stay safe. We thought about the best clothing to wear and discussed the advantages of reflective clothing particularly in bad weather and the dark. Children learnt about the different lights they can see on cars and talked about how this helps us to identify what a car is doing.

We we went outside to see how many vehicles were travelling through Bretherton and identified them. We also thought about if we could identify them by sound alone.

Ask your child what they have learnt today.
