Results of our bacteria experiment.

Date: 13th Nov 2017 @ 2:44pm

The results are in! After leaving our bread slices in exactly the same conditions for two weeks, these were our findings.

1: Untouched by our hands- was stale and dry but showed no signs of mould.

2: Touched by Mrs Allchurch after washing her hands- there was a small circle of mould visible. ( Mrs Allchurch needs to use warmer water, soap and ensure she washes her hands more thoroughly next time!)

3: Touched by everybody in Class 3 and without washing their hands- this slice was covered in green, white and even a strange orange mould! Yuk!

Conclusion: It is very important to wash our hands regularly- especially after going to the toilet and before eating. All those germs can make us ill.
