School Choir
Choir is available to all ks2 children and practises are on a Thursday morning at 8:15am. We have many events lined up for the forthcoming year including being involved in the Christmas light switch on and some opportunities to go out into the community.
Last year we participate in Young Voices and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
At our Remebrance Day worship, the choir performed brilliantly.
Within our Christmas Carol service, the Choir taught the school how to use British Sign Language to retell 'Away in the Manger' to highlight how important at this time of year to be able to pass on the message of Christmas to all.
At Christmas we went on tour and visited 2 old people residential homes in our area along with Eccleston Library to share our Christmas good will and carols. Our children wrote Christmas letters to the residents in case they didn't have any family so they could feel love and companionship this festive time.
In March, the school choir will be performing at Tarleton Performing Arts festival - we can't wait to share their talents with you.
If you would like to join Bretherton school choir, speak to Mrs Clarke.
