Trip to Pizza Express.

Class 3 had a wonderful morning learning all about food hygiene and pizza making. Complete with chef’s hat and apron, they learnt how to stretch dough and add the perfect toppings to their pizza. Whilst the pizzas were cooking, they learnt about the history of a Margerita pizza and tasted different toppings. The best bit was definitely bringing their freshly cooked pizzas out of the oven and tasting them.  What a wonderful experience!
