Planning an invasion by sea! Investigating floating and materials that are waterproof.

Class 3 planned an Anglo-Saxon invasion by sea! In groups they had to design a boat that would be strong, stable, float and be waterproof. The children demonstrated excellent group work skills and investigated materials that would help to keep their boat waterproof. It was very exciting testing out their boats on the sea.
