Investigation week begins in Class 3 with an explosion of colour.

Class 3 had an exciting start to Investigation Week by making Lava Lamps to investigate density. We discovered the answer to lots of Scientific questions we had such as:
Why do the oil and water separate?
Why does the colour mix with the water but not with the oil?
Wht does adding the effervescent tablets make the coloured water temporarily bubble to the top?
