We have been investigating how much sugar is in bottled drinks. We were amazed by the results.
Did you know that there are 15 teaspoons of sugar in a bottle Lucozade Energy drink and 7 in a bottle of Tropicana Orange juice?The healthiest drink is water which hydrates our bodies and contains no sugar.
